RESUME

In Honduras, Ayuda en Acción is one of the organizations that participates in the Spotlight Initiative promoted by the United Nations and the European Union to focus on the violence that women and girls experience and that remains invisible in one way or another.

In this case, from Ayuda en Acción we focus on Lenca, Tolupana, Miskito and Garífuna indigenous women and girls. But in order to act, it is first necessary to know the situation in which they find themselves. It is for this reason that we have promoted a rapid diagnosis that was finally presented at an event in which women of all ages discussed the motto “Women and girls say NO TO FEAR.”
