After two years of making the complaint, the young women Adina and Celis, today terminated the long judicial process that they undertook against the soldier, Lieutenant Roger Bracho, who abused the young women when they were serving in the Bolivarian National Army, in the city of Puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas.
