RESUME

The purpose of this bill is to establish mechanisms for the prevention, surveillance and punishment of acts of harassment and political violence against women, to guarantee the full exercise of their political rights in their capacity as members of political parties, movements and organizations, elected or appointed candidates, or as public servants in all branches of public power. The principles and values ​​are established, the crimes of political harassment and political violence are typified. Likewise, powers are attributed to the National Electoral Council, the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation and the political parties and movements to investigate and punish the conduct of which women are victims due to or due to the exercise of the right to political participation.
