The principles and values ​​are established, the crimes of political harassment and political violence are typified. Likewise, powers are attributed to the National Electoral Council, the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation and the political parties and movements to investigate and punish the conduct of which women are victims due to or due to the exercise of the right to political participation.
